With the generous support of its members, the BWS organises an annual maintenance of Wittgenstein’s ledgerstone. Objects left by visitors are stored with the stonemason in the chapel workshop. Some earlier history relating to the BWS maintenance project can be found here.
The BWS also organises the maintenance of the nearby Anscombe and Geach stone.
In 2024, the BWS, with the help of generous donations, arranged the first cleaning and, from 2025, annual maintenance of the Frank Ramsey (and family) stone.
